Your ground transportation is included in your room accommodation price. Once you land at PUJ airport in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic there will be a ground transportation service waiting to pick you up and take you directly to the resort!
Yes. You will book your own flights.
Our wedding planners (Kim & Kendall) will collect your flight information to schedule your round trip transportation to and from the resort.
If flight information is not received by January 25, 2025 you will be responsible for your ground transportation at your own expense.
Yes. You will need to obtain a passport to enter the country.
Passports can take 10-16 weeks for standard return after you apply or renew. Passport applications and appointments can be made at your local USPS department.
Yes. Lopesan Costa Bavaro is an all inclusive resort.
Everything that is included with your stay at the resort can be found on the booking website located under the RSVP tab. The resort offers Unique (VIP) options as well for top shelf alcohol and access to certain perks around the resort.
We gotta bring ours so you can bring yours! Children are welcome.

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail/formal attire.
Guests are welcome to wear any color or material they choose but out of respect for the bride and groom guests should avoid wearing the color white or any variations of white (i.e: eggshell, pearl, etc).

Only a 100.00 deposit is required to rsvp and book your room type.
A second payment equal to 50% of your room total will be auto charged on September 19, 2024 with the card you put on file.
The Final payment amount will be auto charged on December 3, 2024.

Download the Lopesan Hotel Group app and select Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort,Spa and Casino and go to the restaurants section to book.
Although a certain portion of each restaurant is reserved for walk-ins, reservations are encouraged as wait times are hard to predict.
All restaurants are listed along with their menus. You will be able to book directly from the app and reservations can be made in advance while on resort. Tables are held for a courtesy period of 15 minutes.
The buffets, and beach club restaurants do not require reservations.
Yes. You can exchange $USD for Dominican Pesos at the airport or at the resort.

The resort provides bottled water in the minibars, as well as bottled/filtered water at the restaurants.
